Every GoProOffice calculator, and the Business Idea Check, performs calculations on the numbers you enter. Results are estimates. They do not account for your full circumstances and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified accountant, tax professional, attorney or financial adviser.
Tax-related tools
Tools that involve taxes — including the Sales Tax, Freelance Rate and Employee Cost calculators — apply whatever rate you enter. They do not look up current rates, determine which taxes apply to you, or reflect thresholds, caps, exemptions or local rules. Tax rates and rules change and vary by location. Confirm the correct treatment with the relevant tax authority or a qualified professional.
Dates and holidays
The Business Days calculator treats Saturday and Sunday as weekends and, when selected, excludes US federal holidays on their observed dates. It does not include state, local, religious or company-specific holidays. Deadlines set by contract, court rules or regulation may be counted differently; check the governing rules.
Accuracy
We test our formulas and review our content, but errors can occur. Always verify important figures independently before making decisions based on them.
